During a phone consultation, we'll dive into your project, discussing your vision and how we can bring it to life. If we're the right fit, we'll plan an in-person visit to your site.

On-Site Consultation & Estimate
During our on-site visit, we'll discuss details and dreams with a retainer on this in-depth consultation. You'll receive a preliminary estimate so you have a clear picture of the project scope and budget.

Design Phase
Immerse yourself in the creative process at our design studio, selecting materials and collaborating with our designer on digital renderings and mood boards. A design retainer is collected, moving your vision closer to reality.

Sign The Contract
Once you're thrilled with the design choices, we'll sign the contract, with the consultation retainer credited towards your project's down payment. It's the official start of our journey together.

Pre-Construction Walkthrough
Before construction starts, we'll do a walkthrough to confirm every detail, from the sales team to the construction crew, ensuring everything perfectly aligns with your expectations.

We Get To Work
Our team starts transforming your space. We provide daily on-site updates and weekly check-ins to keep you connected and informed every step of the way.

We Clean Up
After construction, professional cleaners will ensure your new space is spotless and ready to enjoy, reflecting our commitment to excellence from start to finish.

Post-Job Walkthrough
We'll walk through your finished project with you, ensuring that every detail is perfect and you are completely satisfied with your project. This step is where you give final approval and make the final payment.
1-Year Warranty
We stand behind our work with a 1-year warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials.
Follow-Up
We proactively follow up with you in 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months to ensure you are delighted with your new space and schedule the required warranty work.
