Key-Features

Dream Kitchen For The Passionate Cook: The redesigned layout creates a larger, more open space for a stunning Mont Blanc Quartzite oversized island, enhancing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Custom Appliance Integration: Our team installed a Wolf stovetop and an oversized Subzero refrigerator with custom cabinetry panels that blend seamlessly into the kitchen's design. We installed a larger sink that features innovative cutting-board slide-ins, providing a top-notch culinary experience.
Laundry Room Oasis For Pool Parties: We created a convenient space for guests by adding a fridge, a mini-fridge, and cabinets that match the kitchen cabinetry. We also upgraded the adjacent bathroom with new cabinets and enlarged the current shower.
Master Bathroom Sanctuary: We completely transformed the master bathroom by replacing the old Roman-style tub and green carpet with a luxurious freestanding tub and tile. The shower was redesigned using 24” x 48” tiles and ½” Starphire glass, creating a spa-like, inviting atmosphere.

Dave desired to create a dream haven for Carina, and Box Construction was thrilled to help make it a reality. Carina, a passionate cook, longed for a functional and beautiful kitchen to suit her culinary needs.

They wanted to make their laundry room more convenient for guests during pool parties and transform their outdated bathroom into a peaceful sanctuary.

The Challenge

Dave and Carina’s renovation posed significant challenges, particularly in creating a modern, cohesive design that met the homeowners’ aesthetic and functional needs. Integrating large kitchen appliances without compromising the space’s flow required careful spatial planning and structural adjustments.

Similarly, the oversized 24×48 tiles in the bathroom required perfectly smooth and even walls to ensure flawless alignment for a stunning finish. These challenges highlighted the necessity for meticulous planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality.

The 3-Phase Process

Design

A Collaborative Effort

Our in-house designer worked closely with Dave and Carina to understand their vision, meticulously planning materials and layout for both functionality and aesthetics. For the kitchen, they chose an enlarged sink with cutting-board slide-ins and Mont Blanc Quartzsite slabs for the island. In the laundry room and adjacent bathroom, cabinets matching the kitchen were installed, alongside an expanded shower. The master bathroom features a free-standing luxurious soaking tub and ½” Starphire glass for the water closet enclosure and shower.

Build

The Dream Takes Shape

The construction phase brought the plans to life. To create Carina’s dream kitchen, our team relocated the entrance, tore down a closet, and installed a structural beam for safety.

The laundry room received a makeover with new appliances and cabinetry that matched the kitchen’s style. We also updated the bathroom that is adjacent to the laundry and created a larger footprint for the shower.

Finally, the master bathroom renovation involved removing the dated elements and crafting a modern haven with a freestanding tub and a spacious shower.
